New Research: The Inadequate Costs of Labor Law Violations

11/21/08 — It’s no wonder so many employers violate the National Labor Relations Act.  Our analysis shows that the costs of violating the NLRA are minimal, especially when compared with the fines and damages that exist for violations of other federal employment laws.
