11/21/08 — New research shows how America’s outdated labor law system denies millions of workers the opportunity to join unions and bargain collectively with their employers. 33.5 million people —or 23.8 % of the civilian workforce — have no collective bargaining rights under the NLRA or other labor law.

New Research: The Inadequate Costs of Labor Law Violations

11/21/08 — It’s no wonder so many employers violate the National Labor Relations Act.  Our analysis shows that the costs of violating the NLRA are minimal, especially when compared with the fines and damages that exist for violations of other federal employment laws.
